The wrong contractor can cost you a great deal of money, time and stress. The additional interviews and technical tests we conduct aim to put the right candidates in first time.

How we work:

We will typically send you 1 CV following an in-depth interview and technical assessment.

Step 1: Send your brief to Workforce Technology

Step 2: Workforce will match candidates’ skills to your brief (usually the point at which a standard recruitment agency sends you CVs).

Step 3: Relevant CVs are forwarded to MDB Consulting, who further sift and telephone interview candidates.

Step 4: MDB Consulting meet promising candidates and conduct skill tests.

Step 5: Only once a candidate passes the tests, will we assign them to you.

You can, of course, interview the contractor personally to ensure you are happy with our decision.

This 5 stage process can be carried out very quickly. We may well already have an MDB-approved contractor with the required skillset.

Our fees are no more expensive than those charged by a standard recruitment company; both Workforce & MDB take a reduced margin, but we provide the right contractor, so clients keep returning.
